  1. The Subject property designated above is currently vacant or will be vacant on Vacancy To Begin Date designated above.
  2. Affix Registered Vacant Property Signage and other necessary signage on property by registration date.
  3. Submit Registered Vacant Property card to local law enforcement if required.
  4. Cancel Registered Vacant Property status after new occupancy is established if before Vacancy To End Date.
