Steps for Property Owner:
- To start the process, select the RVP package that best suits your situation from our website at http://www.RegisteredVacant.com. One of our RVP representatives can also assist you in selecting the best RVP package for your needs. In most cases the basic RVP package will work. The basic RVP package includes the RVP application you will need to begin the process. The information needed on the application is mostly pubic information about your soon to be vacant property.
- Fill out RVP application form and submit it to our website for property owner verification. You will then be able to download the RVP proof of vacant registration.
- Retain the proof of the confirmation of vacant registration card, in case the authorities might want to see it.
- Once the RVP registration is complete, select the desired RVP logo and signage for your property. The basic RVP package will include two Copywrite protected RVP stickers, for front and rear entry doors, a no trespassing fact sheet, instructions, and the confirmation of vacant registration card.
- After completing the registration process, your property will now enjoy an added level of protection against fraudulent occupancy of your property by trespassers.
- The RVP status will remain in effect until cancelled as described in the RVP confirmation of vacant registration card.

Once the property is no longer vacant, cancel the registered vacancy at RegisteredVacant.com
